Keystack is a curated directory of AI tools for real estate agents. Nobody lands here by accident — every visitor is actively comparing software for their business, which makes this a small, high-intent audience rather than a big, passive one.
The full PDF media kit is still in progress — the button above opens a pre-filled email requesting the latest version directly.
Placeholder metrics below — replace each with your real analytics before this page goes live. Don't publish a number here you can't back up if a sponsor asks for a screenshot.
Until real numbers are in, lead with what's true today: a named, narrow niche (real estate agents specifically, not "professionals"), transparent "Featured · Paid" labeling, and a directory built on researched, real tool data rather than a scraped list. Specificity sells better than an inflated traffic number early on anyway.
Rates below are placeholders — set them once you know your traffic and have a couple of deals to benchmark against. Keeping the structure now means you're not improvising pricing on a call.
This form is for brand, sponsorship, and advertising inquiries only — vendors wanting a standard listing should use the "List your tool" form on the directory page instead.
Affiliate relationships: Keystack participates in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when a visitor clicks a link on this site and subsequently signs up for or purchases a listed product, at no additional cost to the visitor. This applies across the directory, not only to labeled "Featured" listings.
Paid placements: Listings marked "Featured · Paid" are paid placements. A vendor has paid for priority positioning or homepage visibility. Paid placement does not guarantee inclusion in the directory and does not remove the affiliate disclosure above — both can apply to the same listing.
Sponsored content: Any article, guide, or comparison written in partnership with a vendor is labeled "Sponsored" at the top of the piece, before any product claim, in line with FTC endorsement guidance — not only in a footer or a separate policy page.
Editorial independence: Paid placement and sponsorship do not buy a favorable review. A vendor can pay for visibility; they cannot pay for a rating or ranking within unpaid, organic listings.
Regulatory note: These disclosures are written to align with the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) — the body that governs affiliate and endorsement disclosure in the US, not the FCC. If you're serving visitors outside the US, check whether an equivalent local disclosure regime applies (e.g., the UK's ASA/CAP Code, or the EU's Unfair Commercial Practices Directive).
This is a template policy, not legal advice — a lawyer should review it against your actual affiliate agreements before launch, especially if paid placements and revenue-share affiliate links start overlapping on the same listing.
